Return & Refund policy

At Swap Wig, we want you to love your purchase. Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return:
- Wigs can be returned for a refund within 14 days of your order date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, in original condition, and in sealed packaging.
- Refunds will cover the purchase amount excluding delivery charges.
- If a wig has been worn, altered, or damaged, we may reduce or refuse your refund.
- If your wig is faulty or not as described, please notify us within 30 days. Once confirmed, we will refund you in full.
- Customers are responsible for the return -shipping cost, unless the item is faulty.-Items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promotional code are final sale and cannot be refunded.
- If faulty or damaged, they can be exchanged or refunded.
